For the 1st time in years, I bought another brand hair color other than Loreal. My hair is almost white blonde?

I bought Nice and East born blonde maxi and my hair is almost white. How long should I wait to use Loreal hair color that I normally use for a less shocking color? My hair is in good condition, no breakage, and I am willing to use something semi-permanent til it is safe to go permanent. That is the last time I use a coupon for a product I am unfamiliar with. Please answer asap.
