My natural hair color is a mousy blonde and i have hazel eyes which are mostly yellow/brown & green.
I have a pale-pinkish complextion
any ideas for hair color?

Light brown, with a few low lites, & highlights for dimension.
best hair color would be the complementary color, and since you have hazel eyes thats any color
throwing in some lowlights would really make your eyes pop and be nice because its winter and going darker is what most people do.
It depends what you want to Emphasize:
A honey color really brings out pale pink skin
Dark brown brings out the brown in your eyes
Auburn or Copper brings out the green in your eyes
Or, if you want to go really bright, golden blonde or light brown look incredible, especially with a few sun-kissed (honey or golden blonde) looking highlights.
You have grabbed the luck of the draw, you are a rarity in that you can wear just about any color. You’ll want to try and go with warmer tones rather than cool tones. Go with “honey” colors rather than “ash” colors. A dark or light auburn would look nice on you and really bring out the green in your eyes while not washing you out. It all depends on whether you want to go dark or light as far as the choice in auburn. Because you are not going permanent, you will not have to worry about the usually-associated high upkeep of red hair. Red is the hardest to upkeep, but the easiest to achieve.
Whichever color you choose, always make absolute certain to do a small test strip in a section of your hair which is neither the darkest or the lightest.
